Well well well...I did survive my weekend by myself. It was kind of nice, when I was home that is. I spent most of it at work, nine hours Saturday, seven hours Sunday. Grandma stopped in on Sunday to pick up her shoes. She was going to stop by afterward but we got slammed then, so she just left. I was supposed to take her to the dentist this morning but she thought her car might be able to make it after all. She didn't call me, so that's good. I had to go out there anyway. Chris and I had appointments at 11. Afterward we stopped at Dunham sports to get him kleets for football and then we went to McDonalds for lunch. YUMMY!! So that's what I did today. haha
Mr. B said he got my package today. He's got every Monday off so he could enjoy my box. haha He said the first thing he pulled out was my picture I sent him. He said so far that's the best part of the box. I'm happy he thinks that, but at the same time does he not like the rest of the stuff I sent him?? haha When he emailed he really hadn't gone through the whole box, but he did find his birthday card with the $10 in it! HAHAHA He said he knew right away what it was and what was in it. HAHAHA I had told him a while ago I was going to send it back to him. Apparently he forgot.
I'm just glad he got the box.
Well I don't know what else to say. Not a lot has changed. I did tell him that if he wants to see me when he gets home, he's going to need to tell me by October. He responded and told me he won't know what his schedule is until he actually gets home. I knew that, but now it's going to be hard on me. I told him that he won't be seeing me then unless he visits me at work. it's going to be holiday time, I can't take off work! Are you kidding!! So I bluntly told him he won't be seeing me when he returns home then. In todays email he said he would figure something out. That he'll make something work. I wrote him back and said "I wish you a TON of luck!" Really, I do. I don't see it happening. But of course I don't know what will be going on in November. I know it will be holiday time at Penney's so every weekend will be a busy one. I've only got just a couple days off for Thanksgiving Break and I plan on working everyday but the day we're closed. So I don't know what to expect. I can bet you now though, three months out, that she will have me CLOSE the day after thanksgiving. Last year we closed at Midnight. I can bet you she'll have me close again. OMG.
